Sleep studies
Are you resting well?
Rest is of utmost importance for our well-being. During the day, our body and mind are constantly active and need a moment of relaxation to replenish energy. A good rest allows us to recover, both physically and mentally, and prepares us to face daily demands. We should not underestimate the power of good rest, since it is key to maintaining good health and quality of life.
Home nocturnal respiratory polygraphy
It is a test that monitors the patient's respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, pulse, nasal flow and snoring during sleep. This way you can tell if you stop breathing during the night and therefore suffer from sleep apnea or another nocturnal breathing disorder.
CPAP titration
In patients with a diagnosis of sleep apnea and being treated with CPAP, it is a complement to the sleep study to determine the minimum pressure necessary in the prescribed CPAP that eliminates apnea and guarantees normal sleep.
